Eden Villas were designed by Ayten Antay, a well known and award-winning local architect, who specialises in leisure construction and whose work has featured in many architectural and design magazines. Among the many other buildings in Marmaris she has designed are the restaurant 'Sea Club' in Netsel Marina, the holiday village Club Julian, and the Dionysios Apartments and Villas in Turunç. Eden Villas are typical of her craft: light, airy and spacious rooms and cool in summer, they seamlessly combine a taste of traditional Turkey with modern style and luxury in an unobtrusive and simple manner.
Marmaris is located near Dalaman airport, a one-hour drive away. From the centre of Marmaris the Villas are 6km away and are located on a quiet and scenic forested slope which all nature lovers will adore and with just one farm house in the neighbourhood you can be assured of total seclusion and privacy. Travelling around and exploring is easy and highly recommended. A minibus service passes just 250 metres away and runs between 8am and 10pm, taxi costs EUR15 one way and drivers are reachable by texting or phoning or if you prefer, we can arrange car hire.
The local environment is suitable for any kind of leisure activity, from walks through quiet, secluded forests while the close proximity to the sea means that you can swim, scuba dive, jet-ski, fish, paraglide, yacht and mess about on the water to your heart's content, while for the more energetic we can arrange mountain bike hire; tell us what you want to do and we'll arrange it. The warm sunny climate guarantees sun nearly all the year round and in the summer months any depth of sun tan you require is assured!
All three Villas have their own large and totally private swimming pools (10x 5m, 1.4m deep for Olive Grove and Fig Tree, Banana Valley 8x5, 1.3m deep) with a wide pool side area with teak furniture and large umbrellas, perfect for sun-lounging in peace or enjoying a drink after dinner.

Each Villa also has its own outdoor unheated Jacuzzi.

Situated on a side of a valley, all the Villas offer magnificent views across the pine-clad forest. A caretaker comes twice a day to take care of pool cleaning and gardening work. The Villas are cleaned twice a week, once before arrival and again in the middle of your holiday. All bed linen and towels are changed, as are pool towels and wraps.
The accommodation itself is totally self-catering, with fully equipped kitchens including electric cooker and oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, cafétiere, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, toaster, large 'fridge with separate freezer and electric B.B.Q., plus crockery and cutlery, all in custom designed and produced surroundings. On arrival we offer a welcome pack containing breakfast or light dinner (depending on your arrival time), wine and fruit, allowing you to immediately switch-off and concentrate only on relaxing and enjoying your holiday.
Olive Grove Villa has three bedrooms and Fig Tree Villa two, with each bedroom sleeping two and in each Villa there is a sofa bed in the lounge. The master bedrooms have an ensuite shower/bath/wc and double beds, while the other bedrooms have two single beds and can make use of a separate shower and wc room. All beds excluding the sofa beds are provided with mosquito nets; however mosquitoes are scarce on the Villas’ area. Banana Valley has one ensuite bedroom together with a sofa bed in the lounge as well as a separate shower/wc. The master bedrooms are equipped with a hair dryer and a safety deposit box. The lounges have a fireplace as the centrepiece, clad from locally quarried white marble, chosen to soothingly reflect the light and warmth of the fire and yet fit naturally into the look of the Villas.
Throughout the Villas all furnishings are of the highest quality and where appropriate are made of teak or wrought iron and are handmade by skilled local craftsmen. For example, Hüseyin İnoğlu, the blacksmith we used to make the iron furnishings, is a famous wrought iron artist and craftsman from Muğla, the capital of the province and has received many awards and much praise for his art and craftsmanship. All materials used in the Villas are locally sourced, whether they are hand woven Turkish cotton materials or traditional hand woven kilim carpets made from locally spun wool.
All rooms in the Villas are fully air-conditioned with cold and warm air available to ensure your total comfort.
All three Villas have an alfresco dining area on the terrace and another dining area inside.
Each Villa has a telephone to receive calls, unlimited wireless Internet connection, satellite TV, DVD player and CD/cassette player (please bring your own music and DVDs, which you can also hire locally).
